Our banking and real estate law practice includes representation of financial institutions and borrowers, in basic through complex commercial transactions, closings, collections and workouts.  Our construction law practice is comprehensive, as we represent owners, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in all types of litigation, from multi-million dollar condominium defect suites to straightforward lien work for suppliers, and everything in between.  We also work with our clients at avoiding litigation, by assisting in their contract review and drafting. Our trust and estates practice includes drafting of estate planning documents, estate and guardianship administration, probate and trust litigation as well as creditor representation.
